Hi- I have an issue with Commander not launching BarTender. The message says that it appears that BarTender is not installed. I am running Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard and BarTender Enterprise Automation Edition version 9.40 licensed for 3 printers. I downloaded the software from this website and used the trial mode for a period of time and activated it today. I first noticed the issue during the evaluation period when I tried to start detection after creating and enabling a task. The information in the window wasn't very helpful, but trying to launch BarTender using the launch BarTender shortcut in Commander gave error #6606, saying that BarTender does not appear to be installed.
