I made the mistake of uninstalling my patched CC2018 yesterday not realizing 2019 had been released. I tried downloading 'legacy' 2018 files from Adobe but Creative Cloud opened up as soon as the download completed and sent me to trial expiration page before I could crack anything.

I'm taking about future proofing, and I really only meant windows but it definitely applies to Mac, which has AGSService and AdobeGCClient. These services Adobe are adding detect the cracks. I used to just patch the apps with AMTEmu and leave them, and with all my Adobe apps I would get uncloseable popups saying 'Your software has been heavily modified and it no genuine' with the title Adobe Genuine Software Integrity Service. Repatching doesn't help as it doesn't trial the apps, it just makes them unusable. It will work fine for you but eventually you might start seeing the 'sign in to continue' things when you launch your apps, which just means the apps are not patched anymore. The Mac counterpart is AdobeGCClient and AGSService. I myself like to do all my computer stuff properly to ensure stuff doesn't break later, but to each to their own.
